Salisbury Steak Patties And Gravy

You can add mushrooms and onions depending your taste. Sauté veggies first and set aside.

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp pepper

- 1 eggs, large

- 1/4 cup saltine crackers crushed

- gravy

- 3 tbsp flour, all purpose

- 2 beef bouillon cubes

- 2 cup hot water

Instructions

• Mix ingredients together by hand and form meat into patties the size and shape of steaks. Brown the ground beef patties till done. Remove patties from skillet. Drain fat. Leaving around 3 tablespoons for the gravy Gravy In the skillet (still hot) whisk in the flour until dissolved Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and add to skillet. Add other veggies if desired. Cook on medium heat while stirring until gravy thickens. Add steak patties to gravy put lid on skillet and let simmer on low until patties are heated through and flavored by the gravy.
