Jalapeño Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pickled jalapeno slices
  • 1-oz package Ranch dressing mix
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup buttermilk (I usually use milk and add a little vinegar or some of the jalepeno juice)
  • ⅓ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ⅓ cup tomatillo green salsa
  • 1½ tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper

    Blend everything until smooth.

    Refrigerate for 4 hours
